The City Clerk is Richard Steenland

Statement of Services:  The City Clerk's Office is the keeper of records for the City of Roseville.  We have land files containing information on property in the City, business licenses, minutes for most city meetings and voter registration records.  Conducting city, state, federal and local school elections is our most important function.  Notices of Election, Public Hearing notices and other notices of general interest to the public are published in local newspapers by the Clerk.  The Clerk's Office is also the Freedom of Information Coordinator for the City.  The Clerk's Office number, (586) 445-5443, is a good number to call when residents are not sure who can help them with a problem.  Our clerical staff answers promptly and courteously and will direct them to the appropriate department.
